　fish bite the least.
Wind from the North,
　do not go forth.
Wind from the South
　blows bait in their mouth.

ここでも西風がベストとある。
天気は西から東へ移動するから西風は時に悪天候をもたらす。
それを察知した魚はいまのうちに食べておこうと焦る。
台風前にスーパーが賑わうのと同じ理屈か。
というわけで西風の中の釣りはベストということになる。
